    I can not even GET into the 3 servers on Primal that I have characters on to play them, I keep getting below 2 or 3k and getting the 2002 error and knocked back up to 4 to 6k. I am on a wired connection and why should I have to get others to log in for me, how's it fair to pay a subscription for a game and not even be able to get into said game to actually play? I have been trying to get in since early access started, I got Neriana logged in one time on Leviathan and was able to pick up Reaper, mind you not get into the actual quest, but pick it up. Since then I've not gotten back into the game. I keep being told to have patience, I did during Early Access, which for me consisted of que up....get to 2 or 3k in que, get disconnected by 2002 error. This is extremely frustrating, so those of you with the patience who have gotten in and are able to level up who keep saying have patience, its almost impossible by this point and before people jump in and call us INTITLED, we're not, we're just frustrated with a product that we were promised we would have early access to and some of us can't even log into and we're at the 7 days they comp'd us, but still can't get in.

    The 2002 error you are getting may not be the fault of SE either - as mentioned, the common cause of them are the mini-disconnects that you yourself get from your ISP. You can actually monitor these yourself via your Task Manager under the "performance" tab on a windows based PC.



    Using mine as an example, over the period of 60 seconds, I had multiple times where I had send: 0 and dipped to Receive: 0 a good chunk as well. These little dips are often the causes of the 2002 errors seen, though no one wants to think it's their end's or their ISP's end's fault.

    Yes, they promised the service but not able to provide it with no issue. I'm paying for it as well. But I have experience with xpac launches. After seeing the news about huge increase of population, and chip shortages. My expectations is low. I look for solutions instead of repeatedly complaining about the issues. It won't get fixed anytime soon.

    On day 1 right after maintenance, launcher is lagging. I've got 3000 queue after that. Got hit by multiple 2002s for some time. The system gave me 7000 in line when I'm able to queue. No more 2002s. After queueing for hours, I'm able to play it. On day 2 and 3, its weekend. I just queue early in the morning. Only 2 digit queue. Able to play entire day with no hiccups. Day 4 onwards? Its my workday at home. I queue around 4.30-5.30pm (+8 GMT). Got 700-1000 queue. Able to get in about 30-40 mins. I queued early because doing it at peak hours will have massive queue. I will be working at office for next week. Going to use Teamviewer or Remote Desktop to queue early 45 mins before I reach home. Will adjust to 1 hour if queue is longer than expected.

    I'm not complaining yet. However, I still did not get my 2nd key. Got payment issues for my card. Paid with Paypal for the 3rd time. Checked the order multiple times and still not validated. Currently waiting a reply from their support. Its already day 3. My access to Endwalker blocked today.
