This is true for all of us I would say, Moogle typically has a queue of 50 to 100 when I log on in the morning, and not even 'oh my god holy shit' early morning, I've had a queue of 58 at 11 in the morning a few days ago.

I've ranted and raved about this situation..yes I'm 89 and have gotten to play but my windows are small and its incredibly annoying. I'm finding its also ruining the story for me because I'm always playing on a timer. Getting up at 4 am with 2 hours to play and that's it for the day its horrible. I did change back to elezen under recommendation and it helped ease the pain of this whole mess

So this take is terrible.

It's not the customer's job to accommodate the company they've purchased a good or service from, it's the company's job to accommodate the customer. We all realize that the situation isn't the same on all servers, but if SE couldn't foresee this situation enough to prevent it, what makes anyone think that the player base could get an accurate idea of how bad it'd actually be?

It has been 7 days now since the proverbial poo hit the fan. I think we need an announcement today on more extended game time and an ETA for a fix on the server errors (2002, 3001, etc.). The queues themselves are understandable.

As a paying consumer who cannot access the product for which I've already paid, I think that is a perfectly reasonable and fair request (though I still think they should be offering refunds for Endwalker at this point to those who want it). Hopefully we see something today.

Except it doesn't expire overall for everyone...

Are you serious or is this a joke? What about people who just grabbed whatever server the game assigned them? What about people who chose the server their friends play on? What about people who were on those servers back when they were sparse but now the server isn't?

Also, you're just wrong. Peak time is bad all over NA and EU.

This argument asking for a refund of a game, when it's game time that should be compensated....against someone who somehow thinks it's "karma" for servers that experienced a huge population growth just recently (to expect and leave when people have been there since ARR launch) is like watching a couple of guys with 1 leg trying to win a butt kicking contest.
