Endwalker is Single Player until I beat the story.
The menacing aura of every Lalafell.
I'm not nuking it but I am recommending to others that they at least turn off most of the public chat channels (including linkshells) if they are worried about spoilers.

I probably should. I don't ever get hit with stuff from trolls, and my FC is real good about not spewing spoilers, but YA NEVER KNOW. This is my first expansion release while actively playing and I don't want it ruined ;u;

It's wise to at least remain in the Event window for the duration if you really want to avoid spoilers. If you look at shout people will discuss what is happening there and occasionally spoil mechanics in trials when it probably doesn't matter enough to be spoiled on them, at least on the first attempt.

I have a channel with only the MSQ dialogue and I'll probably disable all the other chat channels, so I won't get spoilers.I have decided to based on not wanting to deal with "omg so and so made a rotation guide with the leaks, you should be doing x and y, not y and x, didn't you read it?!"
I want my immersion, plot, and enjoyment of the conclusion.
So I personally will be ignoring everyone. At least until the story says 'ending or to be continued.'
I really like the idea of doing all the MSQ dungeons possible with the Trust System. I really felt like I was on an adventure with my Scion friends.
It's a shame that there was only one boss during the ShB relics quest series that allows you to do the trials with the Scions.
I did that in ShB, I'll probably do it again in Endwalker. It'll remind me that my game is in japanese voice, it's a shame that the Npc merchants and others don't speak like in WoW or other games. Some sort of hello/goodbye phrase would be so cool for the immersion.
And of course, I'll take my time.

The event tab isn't really useful though, and I don't like seeing the past dialogue sitting there. It's wise to at least remain in the Event window for the duration if you really want to avoid spoilers. If you look at shout people will discuss what is happening there and occasionally spoil mechanics in trials when it probably doesn't matter enough to be spoiled on them, at least on the first attempt.
It's better to just go into the chat log settings and turn off all the say/shout/FC/whatever checkboxes, soy you've still got mostly your usual chat alerts and system announcements.
Play in JP data center, gonna play with Trust to explore mechanic and new class changes myself, and read rotation guides on Discord if necessary.
Also has a NPC dialogue-only chat tab.

Wait. Based on what people say in tales of the dutyfinder thread most people don't even read chat anyway. D:
Hearing the crazys but I don't know why
Seeing the maybes but I don't know who
Hearing the crazys more and more
Noone stop LIMSAS BEATS!
I'm usually in a chat tab that doesn't have say or shout enabled anyway. It's happened a lot of times where I don't realize that somebody is talking to me in say because of it![]()
I will turn off all character names (except friend's) and disabled the whole chat to have a immersive experience.
My UI will also be drastically scaled down so that i see more of the world.
Obviously I will not watch YT/ reddit/ etc because I'm busy with EW anyway.
I hopefully can get a free day on Friday and Monday, so that i probably will be ahead of most of the potential spoilers.
