As a woman, I play Tanks, I play Melee, I play heals, I play ranged, and I play Magic DPS, I play all Jobs, and my character is girly because I'm Girly IRL and made my characters as Girly as possible, the Jobs themselves are not girly.
A lot of healer glams are inherently feminine or are feminine leaning. All the healer mascots are female while the tank mascots are male. Not to mention things like whm animations lol.
