My thoughts on Bard:
  1. No information on whether or not Repertoire proc chance is increased at lower levels is unfortunate, BRD is boring as shit to play when you have a whopping 20% chance to actually do something.
  2. Wanderer's Minuet still being at level 52 sucks, I wish it got dropped down to 50 so BRD at least had their full Song rotation during level 50 content.
  3. Ladonsbite is whatever, don't really care. Quick Nock sucks, Ladonsbite looks a bit better, but neither are Wide Volley.
  4. Getting Enhanced Bloodletter at level 84 is dumb as hell. Two charges should be standard right at level 12 when BRD learns Bloodletter, and Enhanced Bloodletter could allow for three charges, or maybe replace it with something else. Either way, having to wait for level 84 for a simple QoL improvement to double procs in Mage's Ballad is stupid.
  5. 45s DoT duration is kinda weird but whatever. More Burst Shot spam I guess.
  6. Blast Arrow doesn't seem horrible. I wonder if that's SE trying to get people to pop off Apex Arrow the moment they hit 80 Soul Voice and to avoid potential overcapping. Losing Potency per proc on Apex Arrow right now is annoying, but soon it'll be losing Potency and delaying Burst Arrow so I wonder if that will make a difference.
  7. 120s Song rotation will likely end up being 45/45/30 because Army's Paeon is still the weakest Song. Few years of saying AP doesn't feel impactful didn't really mean much I guess.
  8. Radiant Finale being on a 90s cooldown puts it at odds with the majority of raid buffs now. Divination, Chain Stratagem, Embolden, Searing Light, Tech Step, Devilment, Battle Litany, Dragon Sight, Brotherhood, and Battle Voice are all 120s cooldowns with Trick Attack remaining at 60s. Having one single raid wide buff sitting at 90s is just bizarre. Hell, the only personal damage buffs sitting at 90s are MNK's new Riddle of Wind which grants faster auto attacks and BLM's Ley Lines. Would need to double check all the abilities, but yeah, Radiant Finale just seems like the odd buff out since it won't line up as neatly.
  9. Nature's Minne is still single target which sucks since now it has to compete against that new RDM action which is yet another raid wide healing increase, and Warden's Paean is probably still useless in Raids.

Anyways, all in all, kinda whelmed. The shift to a 120s rotation seems fine, I'm annoyed at the leveling kit still, Enhanced Bloodletter being locked away so late frustrates me, and Radiant Finale just looks odd at 90s. I wanted a damage buff back to feel like a support again and I got my wish, was just hoping to have some more freedom with it similar to Foe Requiem.
