Final bosses should lock the fight until everyone is finished with the cut scenes. Most cut scenes are half a minute or less anyway.

Also auto-scroll any dialogue during those scenes to prevent anyone from AFKing or just sitting there to grief the party. It'd only affect a handful of dungeons (Stone Vigil, maybe Baelsar's Wall or Ala Mhigo).
