About New Players level skipping Healers and Tanks

IMO, they should be tagged so that they can only be matched with people that queued via the Mentor Roulette until they reach 168 hours ingame (same amount as Sprouts).

Both veteran and new players that leveled through normal means should not be punished with either 80 minutes dungeon runs or 30 minutes penalty when queueing for non-Mentor roulettes and getting matched with Tanks or Healers that either die doing single mob group pulls, or die to basic mechanics like stacks or dontstandinorange because they thought they were above the learning curve.

Non-Mentor players should not have to deal with these situations and punished if they don't.

    Edit for clarification:

This is NOT a topic intended to discuss or bash casual or bad players. When you queue up for Duty Roulette you accept that you will be queued with people of different skill levels and/or different levels of commitment with the game.

What this topic is meant to discuss is people that decided to skip all of the game tutorials and learning curve to jump straight to the end of the game getting queued up with people that DID NOT accept to take up the role of Mentors, resulting in situations where you have to sit through 50+ minutes in a dungeon explaining basic role actions and mechanics that should be known by that point but the player decided to skip, or take a 30 minute penalty if you leave, essentially punishing the players no matter what for the decisions of 1 person.

TL;DR this is not a discussion about capabilities but a discussion about decisions.
