Chat Bubbles In Game!! Will Make Community Better

This Mia supports this! Especially after seeing the trusts speaking in the dungeons and having chat bubbles.

It would be most neat if we adventurers had them too if only for immersion. Of course make them optional because there is enough lag walking through Limsa and other places.

This. How can you tell if a person is talking to you with chat bubbles any more than the chat window? unless its in like, a dungeon or something...

And even then, they'd get HUGE with the amount of text. It would be very distracting.

Sure, why not? At least for /say anyhow. It would be nice to have a visual of where the person is who's speaking. I do think it should be optional though.

Speak for yourself i hate looking down in chat it is all same to me cant even customize it better to see who is not npc and such.

You know that you can filter the chat log, change colors for specific messages, add timestamp to them, change which tab you get which message, turn off stuff that you don't need in there, add notification sounds to specific messages and even change the size of the log, right?

Anyway, I don't mind them adding it if we can turn it off immediately.

Its not a bad idea, it could be considered a QoL or accessibility feature, the option to turn it off would be a good selling point too.

Square did add the feature that makes your mouth move when speaking in the chat, which is purely for immersion. Most do not even notice this is occurring, I know I did not when I first started playing.

I can understand why many do not care but some like myself enjoy small little details like this. I think older mmos too had chat bubbles.

Only if you can turn it off. I hate chat bubbles, and being in hubs would be a nightmare with them. But if I can turn them off, I don't care if they are there or not.
