    The man finally speaks! The delay was on par with what I've been saying all along (second week of March). Now I just hope that they will stick with it and not delay it again. The job quest SS's don't really show much, but at least that black mage npc looks hella cool.

    Yeah, I wondered about that too. On the preview pic we got ages ago, BLM AF was black. Maybe the NPC is wearing a brown version of the outfit exclusive to him.

    All the job quest NPC's gear is a different color than the released SS so I'd assume it's a safe bet to say that they're unique in theirs and the playerbase's will be the released SS.

    I kind of hope you are right, this will add some uniqueness to the quest Characters. XIV needs some Character development since the main story arc is on hold.
