it probably more like there isn't one product or thing across all of the EU territories that would qualify or work together in a singular thing. too many countries with their own rules and regs that don't mesh together.

That's why they should add them after a year on the Mog Station if they can't find partner in the EU in that time. Also, Yoshi-P promised the mount promotion WILL come to EU in one of the Live Letters, we will see if they conveniently forget that ....

A full month later and I'm still trying to jump through hoops with support to get the mount

Submitted reciept on the 28th, site stopped responding on the 30th.
Got an email confirming the submission and then
Nothing

Not for a whole month.
This whole ordeal has been pretty frustrating to say the least, and if I knew I'd get hung out to dry by support, butterfingers, and prizelogic together, I wouldn't have even bothered.

it shouldnt be so hard to write barcode or some unique number inside of product on website, or send there 5 unique codes. i bet , there is not many regulations for it. they can cooperate with some whole Europe companies , which i can remember only know Nestle . they can do that hard work and in the final get more sales. i just see they dont much care /maybe too "complicated"/, when they didnt mention why not in Europe.

On EU but I luckily got one thanks to a wonderful FC member who had a spare code. Super cute mount, still pretty annoyed at how often EU players get screwed with these kind of promos.

I still have a un-used Chocorpokkur code, I'm never gonna use it. Hopefully I can trade it away before it expires in a month. >w<
