I think the Developers from FFXIV could learn a thing or two from whoever designed the Dungeons in Crystal Chronicles.

Dungeons were originally like that in FF14. The players disliked it and would just rush to the end so SE made dungeons how they are now. I believe Wanderer's Palace was the last dungeon they made with multiple paths.
You mean during 1.0 by chance?
Also, Answers like "because the community didn't like it" without a valid point really makes me lose all hope in this Community. There should be a limit on how narrowminded People should/can be.

Most ARR dungeons upon release had some explorable areas to them, though some had more than others. Definitely didn't see that much beyond the first couple of post launch patches. They never got rid of the exploration part of the older dungeons. People just stopped bothering. Since there wasn't must interest, the dev team clearly stopped bothering too. The evidence is in the design.

It would have been awesome if the final playable race slot was Yukes. A race of clockwork/magitek androids would have added so much more to FFXIV than yet another variation of baby faced boys. For Yukes, you wouldn't even have to create a male and female model if you wanted to so it'd be more plausible than a race with male and female models.
FFXIV also has outfits from The Last Remnant (which is practically a Saga game in all but name), which was directed by Hiroshi Takai (who was the assistant director of FFXIV during ARR and HW is directing FF16).
I think it be a beast tribe tbh. However, it be cool to see them.It would have been awesome if the final playable race slot was Yukes. It's been a long time since I've played Crystal Chronicles but I didn't know they were androids, I always thought they were some kind of weird bird people. It would have been awesome if the final playable race slot was Yukes. I'm pretty sure the reason behind the races being males and females is to attract players to game, like Korean ones where females are so beautiful.
Not that they can beat us, Miqo'te and Hyur, females both are the prettiest creatures ever.
Crystal Chronicles was garbage.
Frankly, with the exception of FFXIV and the FFVII remake (which I am still slightly on the fence on), all Final Fantasies after IX have been below industry standards when it comes to storytelling. I play games like Valkyria Chronicles and look over at absolutely throw-away narratives like X and XIII and just shake my head.
Thanks to everyone for your ideas & pictures, if even one of these were to make it into the game I’d be over the moon.
I still think that if they were to introduce new clans, which use the same body types / animations, we could end up seeing some of these races.
Glams are a different story, I’m guessing they’d have to introduce a dungeon or something to accompany them.
Mounts & minions would probably have to come from a crossover; and I feel the remake wasn’t good enough to warrant one… ;(
