It’s a good thing not to answer your enemies. I scarcely ever do. Perhaps Emily is more like me than I am like myself. Perhaps she would rather not answer her friends, even. She keeps it all in her heart.
-Mouseover or <t> toggle available for certain abilities. Sprint and potions now queue.
-Healers and tanks get an expanded toolkit, a bit more dps (about 70% of a normal dps), incoming damage increases but tanks get more self sufficient if played well and both are juggarnauts if mastered. That's how I'd make a role more appealing, let it do amazing things when you learn your class, rather than making them mindlessly bland and simple.
-A proving grounds version of Hall of the Novice.
-Scrap Verminion and steal Pet Battles from WoW.
-Instanced housing OR do something with neighborhoods (like invasions or such). The current system is such a waste, limits the amount of houses and strains the server for no current benefit.
-Make FC's relevant. FC calenders, FC activities with rewards.
-Flexible raiding to encourage FC's. 8-16 players for example.

Character customisation.
Better graphics, weight to the movement.
Class unpruning.

Some effort actually get's put into the healer roles this time round.
Wild I know.

More midcore focused optional dungeons for 4-8 people parties.
Relic large scale instance based on 1.0-.23 storyline and setting with full cross class actions that aren't consumable.

Wanting to have more access to other subclasses.
I.e; Sum/Thm (or even Blm/Arc). Nothing specific. Just wanting some extra medium grade nukes to drop on foes with my carbies.

That Zenos will finally die.
The ability to summon retainers as companions in place of my Chocobo. Failing that, Squadron members as companions.
Or both. Options are good.

For tanks and healers to have fun classes that aren't homogenized.

New engine modifications that allow massively increased character customization options.
