Your title is beyond false and misleading. You should edit it. It's clearly stated that previous xpacs aren't unlocked with pre-orders till the xpac you buy is released. You just failed to read and now want to scream SCAM.

I wouldn't say the title is misleading. The OP isn't claiming that they were scammed, just that they feel scammed. How they feel is how they feel, even if it was due to their inattention.
