Asmongold reacts to Bellular's thoughts on Asmongold's FF14 stream!

Asmongold has made it pretty clear on his other stream he does not even like the Final Fantasy 14 community despite what he pretends on his main channel. The second Ion HazExcuses puts out some apology or whatever Asmongold will be the first one to praise Blizzard after dumping on them for almost a year.

The simple fact is his viewership on his main channel was falling hard during the 9.0 to 9.1 content drought and he saw what Square Enix was doing for FF14 streamers. He is going to milk this cow for everything and then spend the next 10 years trashing FF14 whenever it comes up.

He said it in regards to the Quin stuff. Asmongold lumps all of the FF14 players into this cult like following that will never say a bad thing about the game and will always attack anyone who does not play it how we dictate it. He said on his alt channel that is why he does not want to play the game.

The guy gets some kind of thrill making his community fight with each other. Someone on his level could have anyone on demand in Discord to explain how something works but he intentionally ask 100,000 people a question knowing he is going to get 100,000 different answers and then says people are trying to force him to do something one way.

What I do not like about these band wagon streamers that are just showing up to teach Blizzard a lesson is they are all fake. Every single other channel I goto in that FF14 Twitch directory it is just people playing the game but people like Annie, Asmongold or Quin are the ones creating these fake battles between the MMO communities.

Noone brings up WoW in FF14 more then WoW steamers that are just jumping on the bandwagon. I know I brought it up a few times but that was in reference to the massive wave of players that were about to hit FF14 because WoW players were constantly talking about it over there.

It is a Twitch drama culture and I am so happy actually FF14 do not play those games to gain viewers.

I'd take what Puremallace said with a grain of salt. I've been watching Asmon do quite a lot in FFXIV.. and that is me, someone who never watched him before his first FFXIV stream.. he's legit had a very good time and had great interactions with the community. It's not as if he's wrong when he speaks of cultists evangelizing about this game.. those people exist and are extremely annoying.

He mentioned it on his stream today. A lot of what is said here is taken out of context however. No idea why some people here are watching/following him around in game when they dislike him.

Literally noone was on Youtube before June making videos begging WoW players to come to FF14 because WoW was dying. None of the FF14 streamers were telling their followers to flood the WoW streamer channels when the Twitch section had like 2k views. If anything WoW streamers kept saying FF14 was dying because it had so few Twitch views when our servers were full.

What happened was Asmongold started watching more FF14 content and got caught off guard when he realized alot of his viewers played FF14 and kept correcting him when he was just making crap up and using weeb for every single detail in a video about FF14.

Anyone who defends FF14 when that guy or any person is lying is called a cultist. The free trial meme was inside the FF14 community and WoW players all saw it because Belluar started making videos about it.

Unless there is something I am missing here there is no coordinated effort anywhere to flood the WoW forums with post talking about quitting for FF14. Find me a single thread where someone was begging Square Enix to go after the WoW playerbase and get all their streamers here? All of this cultist talk is just made up for anyone who defends the game in a primarily WoW streamer channel on Twitch.
