Yes who knows. Some enjoy it and some not. I'm still hoping he hops on to his Militaryvet character and posts with it xDI just don't understand why a person would do such a thing like this. Like, is he so starved for attention that he would do this in a forum that is not even that active? I find such behavior way beyond pathetic, it just reaches the realm of sadness for me personally, like I'm literally sad for this person for him to behave this way.
Yeah, if you're reading this, the person who make all these accounts just for... what exactly? Doubtful whatever I'm saying is gonna change anything, but I truly feel sad for you, really.
Is this post ironic? Kek is what Alliance players see in WoW when the Horde types lol. Horde sees “bur” when Alliance type lol.Today when I logged into the game, I was assaulted with an avalanche of derogatory slurs in Limsa. People were making fun of a queer Twitter user who rightly pointed out that there are many toxic individuals joining this game. They started to make transphobic jokes like:
[14:59][censored]: um please respect my pronouns it's xe/xim/xer
[15:03][censored]: you can tell he has mental issues just by his twitter profile
[15:03][censored]: um hello respect their pronouns?? (this was said ironically)
I've also seen two incidents of the r-slur today. I've literally never seen this ableist slur used before July 2021. It's also no coincidence that a certain streamer also used the r-slur on his stream while streaming FF14.
Certain elements from hateful alt-right websites like 4chan have also infiltrated this game. Hate speech like "kek" have drastically increased in frequency.
I can only hope this is a temporary wave and these hateful figures will be gone when Endwalker arrives. This is the worst experience I ever had in Final Fantasy XIV and the ableism and transphobia is too much to bear. I'll be turning off my chat log until Endwalker for my own mental health and I encourage others to do the same. I salute the brave Warriors of Light who are actually reading all this radioactive toxic waste and reporting them to the GMs. I could never do the same.
I would say "we told you so" but I don't want to get death threats in my e-mail.
As soon as he said he spawned in Limsa I knew where this was going.
Gridania and Uldah are the best areas for peace. Go to Limsa if you want to party.
Please educate yourself. "kek" is an alt-right dog whistle:

Saying a toxic community is a good thing is the largest leap of logic humanity has known.Hi,
seriously, a toxic community is actually a good thing. My experience is: either a multiplayer game has a toxic community or the game is dead because nobody plays it. And i don't know one exception of this "rule".
"Kek" is not hate speech, "kek" means "lol".
Cheers
