Why doesn’t scholar have a unique AOE spell?

Both of the other healers have awesome looking visually satisfying AOE spells while scholar is LITERALLY just the OLD shared PVP aoe damage spell animation and they called it a day. Is there some reason that scholar wasn’t given a unique animation like the other healers got? Are we ever going to get one or are we stuck spamming this pity PVP spel for the rest of this game’s lifespan?

Let it apply Silence to interrupt targets. Heavy is pretty useless, meanwhile Stun can be too OP. Silence gives us a niche to where we can interrupt a lot of annoying moves on the enemies in dungeons.

Even a single target spammable Interrupt, let alone an AoE one, would be grossly OP. There are trash mobs with interruptible actions that a tank or ranger should watch for so they can Interrupt. They shouldn't get interrupted just from anyone spamming an AoE.
