The issue there is that by trying to broaden the appeal they ultimately make things worse.. its a pretty common opinion that virtually every raid tier is more boring then the last. Same with other content like how many perceive the nicer raids as some of the worst alliance raids ever...

Then look at healers. Big changes made in 5.0 to make them simpler and more appealing to more players.... how did that work out..

But ultimately the way they treat rewardsnis why so many people just get lazy and think screw it just unsync it later. Which ultimately only serves to make the content LESS appealing to more players and not more appealing.
