This is why we need alternate holster spots like in Warframe. It really helps with clipping in games that let you choose where to rest your weapons when unsheathed. >o<
Most of the cash shop additions are things made by the Korean team, who work independently from the main SE team. The Korean version of FFXIV from what I understand is effectively a F2P game with a load of cash shop content. There's likely some kind of agreement that means they can only sell them through the mogstation, or we don't get them at all.

I like it, gives an alternative Ninja feel but it is a mogstation item so lost interest on it.

I liked this glam when I thought it was coming in the moonfire faire, but now that I know it's from the online store I don't like it anymore. It doesn't seem worth it. Even if you want to buy a glam from the online store there are better ones in my opinion!
Should have added Ryne's outfit. More buyers for that, everyone wants her boots including me.
I agree on the "most eastern outfits seem to be cash shop while in game there's very few". I wish they would give us more in game tbh.
Also, from what i've seen on ffxivcollect, the moonfaire reward this year seems to be a polar bear mount :/
Finally, I can look like Naruto! xD
The outfit isn't from either the Korean or Chinese servers of the game though, it's a worldwide server original. Most of the cash shop additions are things made by the Korean team, who work independently from the main SE team. From my understanding, the companies who distribute/administrate the games in Korea or China commission the mogstation cosmetics (outfits, emotes, mounts, etc) from SE, who then have to get permission for their worldwide release.
As for the Korean version being F2F, they and the Chinese servers are both pay-to-play like the worldwide servers, with the Korean version having three subscription plans: 5.5 hours, 30 days, and 90 days, while with the Chinese server, you pay per hour.
