They could always do something like Tyrant as a tank class opposite DRK, that is all about domination and control. Could use a hammer.

I feel like if they were to add another, there healer department is missing that niche, but I sincerely doubt we'd get another healer. But I'd bat for an occultist type there otherwise.
Something Something Dark Healer Something Something
I believe they choose jobs to be completely neutral.
Take for example fire, you can burn yourself or your whole house. But fire is also used to cook and warm ourselves.
It's not evil or bad, the use of fire is. Same principle is used with jobs, Guns are dangerous but not evil or bad.
The same goes with magic or dark arts. That's why Reaper has been added instead of Necromancer, it was a moraly acceptable choice that would not display your character Alignement.
It basically means that all PLD and WHM are not obligatory good people. I mean, whole Shadowbringers what showing that.
If you mean jobs that focus on Dark Arts, Fell Knight could be added but it shares many similarities with Dark Knight.
Hell Knight is a job that simply screams "I am evil" in the same way as Reaper, so i doubt it will even reach XIV in this form. I won't mention Death Knight for the same reason.
Witch could be elaborated as its own job.
Golbez is a Dark Knight using magic, it could be an inspiration for a job.
That's as far as I can think for """evil job""".
I almost wonder if that Onmyoji class idea that Yoshi P mentioned might fit the bill. Of course it does sound similar to Oracle, but it could be interesting.
We have a dark-themed tank (DRK), caster (BLM) and melee dps (Reaper), so I'm guessing a healer or ranged dps would fit the bill.
For healer, I could picture a mage that uses drain/aspir themed spells that absorbs HP/MP from enemies, and then redistributes it to their party members. Their hefty heals could have an HP cost, and they could regain it back with their DPS spells. Similar to a vampire, in a way, but more support focused. It's difficult to think of a weapon, but maybe a glove or gauntlet with claws (similar to the Ascians' gloves) that has a hole in the middle for their drain spells.
For ranged dps, the edgiest thing I can think of is a Van Helsing lookalike with a crossbow. Maybe give them a pet crow or something that attacks alongside you (but then again, that wouldn't be too different from SMN or MCH's Automaton).
Vampire is a job in the Bravely series. That.. has potential. We have a dark-themed tank (DRK), caster (BLM) and melee dps (Reaper), so I'm guessing a healer or ranged dps would fit the bill.

Might be a little difficult when (if memory serves) Bravely Default's vampire focuses on 2 things:
1.) Status effects (like Charm), which aren't really a thing in FF14.
2.) Learning skills from monsters like BLU.
Someone mentioned this kind of idea a while back:
A healer that does healing in the form of lifesteal. ex: it's basic dps spell is 300 potency and does a 150 potency heal to everyone on the enemies' aggro list or something to that effect. Then just play into that kinda theme while giving it one or two straightforward healing spells.
It's an interesting idea, but I have 0 clue how balancing for that would even start to take form. xD
