I agree that Male Viera support thread has to go. Now they're complaining about the height of male vieras because they couldn't get their small bunny boys.

Male Viera didn't come free. Even so, I doubt that they allowed it to impact their expansion budget much. If I were to guess, they were given a little extra to make it happen, largely because there's large sums of money to be made from Fantasia sales. Just like every business on the planet they are financially motivated. lol With how things were worded after the reveal, it sounds like there was a lot of extra effort made by the dev team as well.

While we do not have direct evidence but given that last time they mentioned how much of an undertaking it was to add last expansion , and how they were not sure they would ever add another due to how much of a strain it up on the dev team.

I think it is safe to assume cuts were made, it is just a question of what.

Tbh I dont get why are you angry about mviera being released, you are gonna get your ultimate in 6.1 anyways, we have waited for 2.5 years u can wait for like 9-11 months

Yep. Definitely only a 9-11 month delay. And we'll just conveniently ignore we only had one Ultimate instead of two this expansion. So we technically lost content.
