The feet pic advertiser(s) are 'real' - though pretty sure it's a meme or something someone just does whenever they're afk in the game for long periods of time.

Regardless, feet are not genitals nor inherently sexual. Only someone's own personal... inclinations, will make them seem as such. Probably why nothing's been done about them.

Also - is it seriously that hard for people to just /blist and ignore stuff like this? Especially since most of it is in the Other tab? It's like people go out every day and look for something to get offended by.

Like, dude, calm down. By your bias literally anything can be framed as a fetish, and it sounds way more like a you problem rather than something we should all be worried about. If anyone uderaged saw that PF they would probably just laugh it off.

Btw, I'm all for removing the abundance of non game related advertisement on PF but I'm not gonna pretend it's something more than what it really is: an annoyance.

Except most of your initial responses to people pointing out why nothing is being done about the meme posts in PF was trollish and overblown for something that is, at its core - an annoyance at worst, a chuckle at best. You have been told why nothing is likely done about it - feet are not a sexual body part except for certain types of people. The listings themselves advertise nothing that flags them as anything mature or above age rating at a glance. Thus why nothing is being done.

Your response to that is to stomp your feet and slam your hands on the table saying "b-but fetish!!!" while ignoring what is being explained to you as to why it is not being actioned.

I don't know why you think I'm a troll because I have an opinion different than yours- in fact I'd say at a minimum 2/3rds of the thread at the very least agree it doesn't belong in PF.

That's not even what I sound like! But in all seriousness, selling feet pictures is an obvious fetish. And a fetish is adult content. And adult content doesn't belong in a game rated Teen for ages 13 and up.
