Saying "lfg" does work, but you don't really need a party until there is a CE. When there is a CE you can do /say lfg. A lot of parties stay formed after that and do skirmishes together.

If you can't find a cluster farm party, you can check Party Finder. A lot of people form their cluster parties outside of Bozja using Party Finder.

They were never really casual in terms of time, only in difficulty. Just look back to 2.0. Atmas, sphere scrolls and melds, 400k(a lot back then), light farms, mythflox, etc.

Going through PotD due to no DR groups has echoes of prebuff Atma farming. I mean once you break past floor 120 it's good drops but 200 groups are nearly as scarce as DR..

Its rather more focused efford, you used to be able to do whatever, help friends or farm primals, or for gear... but since eureka its ALL you gotta do, it went back a bit but its still terrible... I recall how i had to turn down tons of stuff when i was farming eureka... *sigh*

If you don't like it don't do it, there are already plenty of other nice shiny weapons ingame and you can only wear one glamour at a time anyway. Also the Relics will become obsolete pretty soon anyway once the new expansion is out. I feel sorry for the people who force themselves to do stuff they don't like just for some shiny stuff that doesn't even looks that good. After trying Boznja for a few hours when it came out i decide pretty quick to complete skip this content and everything that's related to it. Its like the devs show the players the Middle Finger and the player still do it even if they don't like it because of the loot. Its like the fat chocobo mount which is lured by the food in front of him.

To be somewhat more constructive...

If you go into a Bozja instance, start by shouting something like "LFG fates/CEs." Similarly, if you happen to catch someone else LFG, invite them and start a group; hoover up people as you see them.

If that doesn't work, just go do fates. Usually, there will be people going from fate to fate—just follow that blob (even if you aren't formally in a group) and do those fates.

When a CE pops, queue for it. As soon as you get into the CE, /say LFG. People will form groups for mutual healing protection. When the CE ends, most people will leave the group, but some will just stay because you're all probably going to be doing fates anyway.

Honestly, it's not so bad. Yes, Bozja is going to be a problem come 6.0, but it's really doable now.

I finally made it to Bozjan and after 2 days I'm already ready to rage quit. The fact that this content is required for your weapons relic is just messed up.

The design of the area is not the problem. But this is clearly GROUP content and getting a group is damn near impossible. Why on earth would you not include PF for this rather critical content? It not only needs PF, it needs its own tab.

Sitting around yelling "LFG!" is an utter waste of time. The alternative is mettle loss. How is this fun? After an hour of this today, I had to log. Just out of the frustration.

The only reason this format worked for Eureka was that it was entirely separate content. Relics did not depend on it. It was fun for some, and that's great. But this is just ... arrghhh.

Try being the person leading the group and inviting others instead of being the one expecting an invite. It can be easier to fill a group than to get an invite.

If you're not finding Bozja fun in general, skip it. It's not like having the relic is mandatory to play the rest of the game. I found Bozja fun when I was doing it with friends but running around in there with a group of strangers was boring at best. I stopped at rank 8 and honestly haven't had any real desire to go back. I can get the story portion off YouTube.

And what do you mean relics didn't depend on Eureka? SB relics were done solely within Eureka.

I would imagine SE will do things to make it more solo friendly come 6.0, probably adding Challenge log entries like they did for Eureka but rewarding mettle instead of XP. CLL and DR might still be problematic but there are usually players willing to go back to farm for rewards to sell, which helps.

Why does this feel like MPK alt? Like we get it. You can't think for yourself, because mr.happy loved spending 18+ hours afking and talking in chat, so you Stockholm Syndrome yourself into to loving it too.

The fact that most steps have alternative methods to gain the unique items outside of the instance itself is a form of future proofing. At this point, it's unique story is all I care about, and even the special engagements are having participation scaling implemented to make them more playable.

Honestly I think we should return to this topic after the initial rush for 5.55's updates hit for the area.
