I don't work for a game company but I do work for a US-based company that has clients internationally and if this is their outlook, they need to do better. The have players all over the world. And for something like Easter or Christmas, it's not just the religious holiday side. Many people celebrate the secular Easter Bunny or Santa/presents side and ignore the religious side. We give them way too many passes being a Japanese company when they play favorites with Japanese players, but if they want to work internationally, then they need to consider everyone they're serving.

And regardless, if they are cancelling, they really should say something.
