after 15 minutes or so, i got noticed and.... when i enter the instance, it was only me, there is no party, just me standing at the start of dungeon and the "dungeon start!!!" noticement

got no choice but to wait 15 minutes before i can leave despite there is nobody here except me, i just got trolled by the game lol

Just reminder, when a party isn't full 4 or 8 you can leave the instance without incurring penalty.

For story, wipe at Deathgaze Hollow after so long. Enough said.

I've seen seventeen people blown off the ship in one shot. Including all three tanks and all six healers.

You don't have to wait to leave if you are the only one. The only person who gets a penalty is the first person to leave, everyone else doesn't and can leave to requeue again.

My first post on the forums was replying to a post about a group I was in (for Tsukuyomi, I believe). Wasn't grouchy about it, just thought it was funny, since I wasn't the source of the problems.

Just got a DR group with no healer. No problem! I have Deep Savior Essence and plenty of Cure III and IV's spare, good chance to use them.

The entire group left and disbanded before I could even set up and type "I'll sort healing"...

The funny thing is, lost action healing (cure IV) is better than a regular healing.

Apparently reading & making use of essences/lost actions is way too hard for a number of players.

The funny thing is, lost action healing (cure IV) is better than a regular healing.

Of which the reason I felt lowkey salty for treating the run as if it's our traditional 1/2/5 compo run (my own fault). For once ran into a party of 7 healer (including myself) and 1 tank, and none of the healers beside myself wanted to roll profane despite 5 of them being WHMs. Okay yeah sure, that's fine. Everytime damage comes up I saw rows and rows of green digits. At some point I even saw "Lost Cure III/IV". Just to make sure I hover my mouse over the [Reminiscence] of the tank's... why would they use those two lost actions in a party of 6 non-profane healers is beyond my comprehension. /shrug

I always find it sort of a shame too when I see the DNC pair off with the SAM using no Essence, Shell and Cure, while there's a Profane WHM packing Seraph + Font and a Font + Flare Star BLM with deep Essence in the group. People get so rooted in traditional roles, comps and meta without looking at how they function.
