Everything new starts with a single use. It's at this stage the response needs to be given, and in this case make sure it's killed off asap.
Mettle is a joke unless you’re trying to clear savage.

If you just can’t manage to stay alive enough to turn a mettle profit for dr/castrum/events then it’s a very clear message from the game you need to look inward to decide how to improve.

I’m perfectly fine with this message in mid-tier and high-end content. Perhaps not mettle is the solution, but we do need systems in place that smack people when they try to coast outside of trusts.

Somewhat related but I'm not a fan of the garleans as enemies because how unbelievable the idea that we'd stand a chance against that is. I can sorta look the other way when my character punches a giant machinegun equipped robot to death but a massive warship with a supporting aerial fleet? That's just goofy.

And this is like... just a rogue legion too. Yet they have the infrastructure to support this fleet. A MASSIVE carrier, alll these support ships, near endless foot troops and automatons.. While the Bozjan resistance is a few ragtag lion dudes in tents..

Bozja is alright. I like it a hell of a lot more than Eureka since I actually spend my time in Bozja playing the game instead of being afk in town and they got rid of a lot of the dumb friction from Eureka too, but not enough of it.

Whoever keeps making these things, please stop treating it like it's purpose is to be subscription retention. Loot boxes suck. Random drop chance crystal clusters suck. Field notes not being guaranteed drops sucks. Duels being a 1 shot instead of cycling through the qualifiers until someone wins or everyone dies is tedious. Logos/Lost actions being consumables really fucking sucks. Why does upgrading the bozjan runners set take so many coins? Why does the judge set require upgraded bozjan runner? Why aren't all the drops from CLL and DR purchasable with something to mitigate RNG being terrible?

It's all so dumb and just there to make you spend more time in bozja, but it's so unnecessary for it to be this way.

As someone who got burnt out on FFXIV by doing Bozja on three characters, this is my problem with Bozja.

As soon as you enter Bozja it's like a huge rush. You're always running somewhere. The game doesn't give you time to breathe. I like Eureka more because it's more relaxing and slower.

I know I don't have to run if I don't want to but it's just how I feel the atmosphere is like. Everybody is always in a rush, I don't like it. I prefer a slower environment. But that's just me, I know a lot of people do prefer Bozja though

I quite like it, it is nice to get more multi person raids, both Castrum and DR is really nice additions to the game as a whole, remember it is optional content, same goes for the 8man raids normal/savage, Ultimates, the other 24 person raids and more... in a way I am happy it did not become the same as Eureka, we already did that, but would not mind a return to Eureka in 6.0, so the system takes leaps.. Bozja Southern Front now provides a really good helping hand doing all the other steps of the relic, you can see that clearly if you work 2-4 relics at a time.

Just thanks SE for the hotfix, it's been working well ever since.

The 2x 18 Raid alliance + 15 Delirium steps farms is long, but as usual.

    Precisely.

    Precisely my point.

Where and how the heck did Noah get his paws on the Ifrit? Ever since FFXIV launched, we have been lead to believe that the Gration (docked at Azyz Lla) and the Agrius (crashed at Silvertear Lake) have been the flagships of the Garlean fleet.

And then Gabranth rolls up in this magnificent piece of aerial technology-- it initially boggles the mind until one remembers the dialogues between Noah and his subordinates at the end of the Ivalice arcs. Not to mention the strange mysterious Elvaan with the spiffy hat. Someone somewhere has given Noah something that has given him the immense gall to give the empire the finger-- in fact, he actually does it even more audaciously than Gaius-- heck, I'm almost tempted to think they are good friends.

We saw a concept sketch of the Ifrit being destroyed above Dalmasca (see image directly above)-- so was the ifrit originally theirs and then Noah rebuilt it? if so, how? What really has me excited for the Bozjah tale is the way it could open the avenue to the Dalmascan region and it's interwoven lore with the old Rabanastre, old Lesalia, old Landis and Allagan mysteries. We could also learn how Nabudis Fortress fell thirty years ago and how exactly Noah intends to launch his new nation (with or without Ashe's help?). Did that guy get his hands on Late Allagan technology buried beneath Lesalia or what?

How? Why? Why was he so preoccupied with the ruins of Rabanastre and not his homeland Landis? Sheesh, could Noah be hiding Prince Rasler?

The real excitement for me comes from how true the Devs have been in sustaining certain unique aspects of the originals from FFXII while giving these elements an amazing amount of similarities-- and one example I'll give of this perspective is shown below-- those are images of the Ifrit above Nabudis from FFXII-- what are the odds?

Honestly, in the beginning I REALLY disliked bozja. I thought (and still think) the zone was ugly and depressing, and I had no reason to be there. But with the patch that added delubrum and the hotfix, I really am liking it now. I love delubrum so much! It's fun and engaging, and reminds me a bit of my eurekan days. And now that there is a reason to do castrum, it and the zone is always bopping and it feels like it's more alive than ever! So I'm very pleased with the state of the content now.

I really hope the next zone looks like the opposite of the southern front though, I want it to be lively and beutiful, like a mix of anemos and pyros! Those zones were so pretty that I didn't mind spending the whole day there!

Personally I would prefer the dungeons, simply because they are mainstream content that you will get to revisit in the course of usual roulettes instead of being tucked away in its own exclusive corner. Plus there's the issue of expert roulette's dwindling pool of recent dungeons to pick from.

I get that dungeons are more mainstream and that more people do them. But I actually appreciate more different experimental content like eureka and bozja, because they add more to the game... all dungeons are corridors with 3 bosses, these additions like bozja do make for more lasting and varied gameplay than an additional dungeon or 2 per patch, which you'd only see in a roulette.
