Housing clearly state 1 per account that meets the criterias, which says you gotta stay subscribed if you want to keep the house due to the Auto Demolition timer, signing that contract when you buy a house plot, makes it you who is responsible for if want to keep it, and if not you get evicted after 45 days of no activity or self entering the home.

The Tenants did not buy the plot, the tenants is just people living in your house with no owned house tied to them, if they want a house of their own, they gotta buy a plot when or if it become available... it is the owners responsibility to log into the game and make sure their house is not demolished.

I mean can it be any more clear? it is the same for everyone! so there should not be any special rules for a few, we already got enough problems with 1 person FC's and grandfathered players that own entire wards on certain servers.

Do you demand rent from your tenants? if so I would suggest stopping that as well.

100.000s of players playing this game a bunch of them got houses and they are willing to keep subscribed to keep their property, no matter if we missed a dungeon or two or the likes... I am one of them I have more than 20.000 hours recorded on steam in this game.
