"Sometimes I wonder I heal for fun. or if I heal because I'm a glutton for punishment."
Okay small story here:
Leveling my Alt up to the Warrior of Light trial.
Me on SAM.
No wipe though.
Just that moment when you try to LB3 him and he uses "Hallowed Ground".
Reeeeeee >.<

To be honest, sometimes it's just easier to take that penalty and wait then possibly risk a fight. From some experiences from people I know, staying and fighting can backfire on you and next thing you know, you're in GM Jail.

Next story from 3 days ago in queue
50/60/70 Roulette: Ghimlyt Dark, rolled as SCH.
I’m pretty sure it was such a good leg muscles workout for my WoL because I was spamming jump (the space jump) all over the place while I do my thing. Why? The tank single pulled everything from beginning to the end & I was bored trying to actually do something besides ground slapping.
I purposely feign an ‘accidental pull’ a few times to show them that the mobs are pushover & there’s no danger of dying from big pulls to no avail. [Energy Drain] all the way through. Eos outheals almost all damages.Besides occasional [Whispering Dawn] that was more often being unneeded, the rest of my heals never went on cooldown.
Maybe if I get more runs like that, I’d deserve a permanent +20% movespeed up from all those workout!![]()

Two runs today.
I had a legend of a healer in Gauntlet. It's so cool when I get a random person in DF that lets me do my thing without having to worry. (I've said this before, but it really makes me beam.)
Then I had a DNC in a leveling roulette who was cleaning house. They really knew what they were doing, and I always appreciate that kind of effort.
That's about it, really. I somehow have 3,400+ hours in this game, and I'd like to think I'm pretty experienced because at least a couple dozen of those hours have been spent actually playing it, and I'm still running into absolute champions.

Queued into Copied Factory today on an alt after finishing 5.0 quests because I wanted that sweet glam gear.
Got to the first pack of trash and started dcing about halfway through. Before I could type in chat to let my party know what was happening, because I like to explain just in case someone asks, the game knocked me out to the title screen.
Okay, not bad, it's happened before. It only takes maybe a minute to log back in.
But before I could even get back to the character selection screen, my fiance informs me that the party has vote kicked me for being 'offline'. They hadn't even had a chance to explain the situation.
Awesome. Thanks guys. Really appreciate that. Shoutout to the one healer who apparently tried to defend me and told people I had dced. No idea what happened after that because fiance left as soon as the next boss was dead.
I'm not even mad, just absolutely baffled that they would kick someone who dced for 2 seconds.
because it's a rare thing to run into (and with) people that know what they're doing in DFTwo runs today.

Majority rules. In the same way a party can rightfully kick a tank for "difference in playstyle" if they aren't pulling big, the reverse is true if the majority of the party want small pulls. That's just how it goes, there are no set rules for how dungeons should be played after all. One person doesn't get to forcefully dictate how the rest of the group plays.
Had a Titania where the tank explained everything in the beginning, but then
1. People wouldn't stand in the safe zones during her big AOEs.
2. People stood too close to the front, getting cleaved (and there was no way for the tank to turn it away because people were very spread out).
3. Most were unsure where to go with their aoes and kept running, clipping eachother (I will admit to getting panicked near the end and messing up, it wasn't entirely on everyone else, at all).
4. We almost reached 100% during adds despite a melee LB3 going out.
5. The first stack was done properly but then the three other times the ones with the stack marker stood on the grass. Despite being told to stand on the water after the first mishap.
But worst of all? Healer LB3 went out. I tried to move. I couldn't move. I died. Was I lagging? I looked at my chat. I was keysmashing. aaaaaaaaa
My shame...
(Also I think the non-sprout monk ran away from my dragoon tether and specifically stood in the yuck to get away from it but I'm not entirely sure. It was just a very confusing time at the arcade.)
