    - Make Storm's Eye a gauge. Make it so any action that increases its duration works regardless of whether or not you have the buff, largely quality of life and making the job more fun to play in dungeons. I actually don't think the AOE combo has to give us a full 30 sec and 15 or 20 sec would be fine. Also maybe take the 15 sec off Infuriate and put it on Onslaught... Can even experiment having it so all gauge spenders increase it a little to better sell the fantasy of the job as a berserker in theme if not in job title.

    - We can probably handle another oGCD. I'd like something that we don't use in Inner Release. Most of all it has to sell the theme of the job. Like picking up a boulder and chucking it at the enemy or stomping and making a landslide.

    - Maybe we can just give up on Raw Intuition and make Nascent Flash available at a lower level. Alternatively, I wonder if maybe it would be better to take away the self-healing from NF, make it longer, make it only targetable on others, but give self-healing to gauge spenders. Not necessarily as much as NF gave, but closer to what Inner Beast/Steel Cyclone gave in Stormblood.


    Other tank stuff
    I'd like if more tanks had individual flavour fleshed out a bit. There's a lot of small things you can do that go a long way. For example, I like how Vengeance has something to make it different from the other tank 30% CDs. Maybe kill off Rampart, give every tank two charges of their 30% CD, and give them all something special. Stuff like Shadow Wall giving you a little MP when you take hits like Brood Price did, or giving Sentinel back its 40% mitigation. In general IMO PLD should be ever so slightly the preferable MT over the other 3, while WAR should have more DPS than the others (but kept within 5% like it is now). Just on a basic fantasy level.


    All jobs
    - If we don't use MP, put our gauge where it is, or at least make the HUD such that you have more flexibility over your vitals. It feels stupid to have it there when half of the jobs literally never use it.

    - More fun flavourful traits and stuff. Give WAR 10% more HP. Make it so Mug pulls more fun stuff out of the enemy that only NIN can get, like knickers if you use it on a humanoid enemy; only if the player has like 10 inventory slots open or something so it's not annoying. Let MCH hide the stupid lunchbox thing.

    - Completely redo anything related to pets and make it not control terribly.

    - Not all job gauges have to start at 0. PLD should have 50 oath gauge, WHM should start with a lily, SCH should just have aetherflow and be able to use aetherflow whenever they want out of combat. With regards to DPS jobs, I'd argue some of these gauge-building oGCDs might seem less important if you started with some gauge for your opener. I kind of like ones that are more unique like Manafication to stay as is.

    Fourth healer, please! I'll do anything to learn & gitgud with it ^_^
    Make all shields from healers stacks or at least fix the shield priority order. I.e. always let the higher value shield stays no matter what, not the noct =x= galvanize shenanigan.

    I love all the healers, and will probably stay as a healer main no matter how they'll 'adjust' the jobs in the future.

    That being said, if they have nothing better to adjust (which they obviously do, from many suggestions from community's feedback), then I'd pray they would leave healers alone. I'm actually worried they will massacre the jobs even further in the name of 'fixing/making it more viable'. I only started playing since 5.2 but seeing their older kits makes me wish I start playing few years earlier.

    I have few other hopes but mostly already covered by previous posters

    Green Mage as an aggressive Melee Healer that use Two-Handed Hammers.

    Beastmaster as a limited job so I can use a wider range of (or any) monsters as companions.

    -remove fists of earth and wind if you can't think of a more interesting way to use them, at this point i dont even have them on my hotbar
    -take sss off the gcd. retooling it as our disconnect move is good, but its useless if we have to delay nearly 2 seconds to use it in an actual fight
    - more ogcds that dont rely on effects being on to be visually interesting, eg: axe kick, dolphin blow, simian thrash
    -anatman goes in the trash

    Beastmaster as a class. Basically a melee DPS version of Summoner.

    A Berserker dps class that wields two one-handed axes if we're not doing Beastmaster.

    Probably another healer even though I don't play healer classes much.

    Samurai is actually one of the jobs that would benefit most from multiuse hotbar buttons. Instead of your main resource generators taking 6 slots, they would only take 3; one for each sen.

    This is especially nice on gamepad, since all three sen chains could be mapped to the face buttons without chording to another bar.

    I don't know but after seeing a friend level jump into ninja, god help anyone with trying to understand the job from 70+ with no prior exposure to how the abilities work. That job is the only one that I can think of that has such a bad punishment for messing up a rotation. Specifically the Jutsu.
