That quote was pulled from the Encyclopaedia Eorzea, which I literally pulled out to check before making my post.
At the most generous (1/5th slower) this means that when a Hyur is 50, a Elezen born the same day will effectively be 40.
Someone aging 1/5th slower than another will make next to no difference at Alisae and Alphinaud's age.
It seems like you're hung up on the lifespan thing. I think the point that they were getting at, is that according to the lore, elezen stay looking like children longer. It's not specifically to do with the fact that they live 1/5 longer lives, they just mature slower. It's mentioned that they go into a growth spurt later on but are much shorter than adult height into their late teens. How long your potential lifespan is doesn't always tell how slow or fast you mature. Parrots can live up to 60+ years but are adults in just a couple of years. Cicadas live 17 years but are only adults for the last couple of months.

Getting back to the topic at hand, you're looking at age from a human standpoint. You can easily make a hyur who bridges the gap between the young adult and senior faces. As for the other races, F'lhaminn is 37 and uses a face that players have access to so it seems like female miqo'te don't age the same way humans do, or she learned some alchemical tricks from her boyfriend. There are other NPCs who don't have special faces but are insinuated to be in the age range you're talking about as well. It appears that despite the harsh life Eorzeans live, the aether must be keeping them fresher for longer /s. But considering no one uses the old faces we do have for both genders of midlanders, male highlanders, male au ra, male miqo'te, and male elezen, I don't see the devs spending time and resources making something that players don't really use. But then again, I could be wrong since they made hrothgar a thing.
