Any number of things, and if there isn't anything left to discuss. You know what you (or others) can do? Let the thread die. Unfortunately, many in this forum seem incapable of doing so. No. They seem to want to - without delay - call an OP out, rather than discuss the content of a thread. Which is against the forum guidelines by the way. Do you people remember the supposed "ottergate"?

Think a thread is made entirely for this purpose? You know what you readers can do? Not post in it. Simple as that.

I would go and post in one of the 50 (or more) viera threads all over this forum. Give me a break.

So instead of you getting all mad about my question, you could read it and reply like a normal person. The only thing talked about the wings were whether or not they were a mount. If I missed something else in the pages, sorry, I didn't see them. They are clearly glamour.

My question was valid because I'd be more than happy to continue a conversation about them, as I would want them for my character. Rather, I wanted to continue a conversation, but clearly not with hostile posters.

Sephiorth and Vincent had wings in ff7, diarge so i dont see why you would hate on it honestly. The only proplem is we cant yse them in combat.

White mage can have wings in combat.

I wouldn't mind them going the extra step and adding winged effects for our characters - situationally, after thinking on it. Like for /gpose specifically. In town if everyone had ones with effects, I could definitely see it becoming irritating.

I do actually like the idea of them adding gimmicky things like this in general (though, currently I'd rather see their time used elsewhere) if only for their potential in the future.. better than those stupid logo rewards from deep dungeons. I don't really like the thought of these things being locked behind crafting - crafting sucks. There is potential to add stuff like this as rewards for content. Like I said, I really just want more options.

If it worked like a mount, I might be interested (I tend to prefer more compact mounts so I can see more of the world as I travel), but as just a glamour thing, eh. I'd buy it for MGP just for a cheap laugh, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Well, this is a random addition XD. Personally, if we're gonna have them, I'd have preferred them as a mount, but whatever. As long as they don't get too intrusive, (as in, can't see anything on the screen but wings, wings, WINGS!) then I think it'll be OK. Definitely random though, in my opinion.

... Now add a one-winged black version of the wings, complete with a giant katana and musical backdrop! (Joking of course... or am I?)

We already have wings though in the angel/devil outfit. Not really a big deal to have a variant of it.
