So why are people honestly complaining then? xD It still does what they're planning to do, trying to get people together and condensing the servers.





Because it's an inconvenience to the player and their friends, friends of their friends, and various linkshells that have different plans. Communities don't exist in bubbles after all. Your friends don't just have you, they have other friends that might want a different server because their friends like it.



I think this is the reasoning behind not naming the servers until after the merges. Barely anyone would have any sort of preference for a number so it would be easier for friends of friends and entire networks to spread the word about moving to a specific server without issue.Because it's an inconvenience to the player and their friends, friends of their friends, and various linkshells that have different plans.
