    I mean, there are some fearless folks that sometimes post screenshots with obviously modded items in screenshots threads and they seem to be still fine. However, it is against ToS so I wouldn't risk like this if I was at your place. Posting the link could be okay though, not sure.

    To be specific using third party tools to alter the game in any way is against the terms of service. Any art you might post that was created by another person through means you can't be sure of is just that - fan art.
