Please fix the “naked queueing” for Aliance Raids

At this point i just gave up and barely do that roulett anymore... I just want them to say f-it and do it like pvp - just sync everyone with too low gear to the min ilvl for the levelwise highest unlocked raid and force em to unlock all raids they can for using the roulet.

Finally a workable solution that doesn't screw anybody over. They have the tech (Bozja also up- or down-syncs you to level 80/ilvl430). Assuming character level matches story progression is naive at best and would punish many players that haven't finished the story grind. Splitting the queues would segregate the population and risks draining the pool of those needed to fill in for the now mandatory CT. Scaling the xp payout would just re-create the Praetorium or Bust problem.

I have an alt with level 80 SCH/SMN jobs that has yet to step into Stormblood. Many of the suggestions would lock her out of Alliance Roulette because she doesn't even have access to Ivalice much less NieR. By pure luck the level 70 SMN quests do no require access to Stormblood areas so her best SMN gear is a mix of AF (ilvl290) and augmented Shire (ilvl270) which is nowhere close to the ilvl465 required by Puppet's Bunker.

Obviously that's a somewhat unusual example. I have another alt with the Road to 70 buff that's a hair away from 60 and just finished Praetorium. She'll be 60 after getting through Labyrinth. Certain proposals would prevent her from using Alliance Roulette before she even unlocked Syrcus because she didn't have the Sky Pirates raids unlocked.
