    Square Enix, please nerf the difficulty of the Bozjan critical engagements.

    Unlike other content, you can lose EXP when you return after dying. The critical engagments are too difficult and have Extreme level mechanics. The Red Chocobo in particular can easily wipe half the instance and cause everyone to lose tons of EXP because everyone is dead and no one can raise. The Castrum critical engagement also has tons of one-shot mechanics where the very first boss you pull will one-shot everyone one by one... that is just way too hardcore.

    I don't know why we're now seeing hardcore content in what is supposed to be an easy, casual grinding experience. Eureka was relaxing but Bozja is not. As an older gamer who no longer have the reflexes of a 20 year old I simply cannot react to the mechanic spam in these critical engagements, which makes it very hard for me to get more mettle since these engagements provide double the mettle as regular FATEs.

    Square Enix, please nerf these critical engagements. When 48 people can all wipe to a chocobo, many whom have a "Legend" title under their name, that means you're going way too far and are putting Savage/Ultimate level difficulty content in what is supposed to be a casual relic grind :/

    Its not even close to be savage and especialy ultimate difficullty, its just "new" mechanic with unexpected patterns

    Level 10 is supposedly the max level (?) and leveling is really fast.
    According to the patch notes you cannot delevel like you could in Eureka.

    That means wiping will be a moot point very soon.

    The Chocobo is super annoying, I give you that.
    Mostly because the slightest amount of lag can kill you. Which can happen on patch day in a new, overcrowded dungeon. The mechanics themselves are trivially easy.

    I don't think they need to nerf anything. Once people are familiar with the encounters, they will be smooth sailing.

    I think you've just answered your own question. If you want the easier grind, you can stick to skirmishes and it'll just take longer.

    Or just do FATEs outside of Bozja if you want just the weapons upgrade.

    Considering the number of people who died to the Red Chocobo who have a "Legend" title, I'm pretty sure that means it is close to Savage/Ultimate difficulty.

    No thanks, we've got something non extreme/savage/ultimate engaging and fun for once, and this is day 1, people will learn. Don't participate if you don't feel confident, or die and learn. (Also why older = bad reflexes ?)

    Bozja is "casual" content that the devs intended to be for casual players like me. It shouldn't be filled to the brim with hardcore fights.

    If the deaths do not decrease my mettle it would be one issue. But on top of being too hard, these critical engagements also reduce your mettle? That's a bit too much don't you think?
