if people are serious they ask for features,(e.g. Can we get older faces?) not use inflammatory language, (e.g. ugly people), so troll. There are other threads where people discuss the features they want in the character creator.

Do you mean of specific race like miquote? Or All of FFXIV characters?
If it's the latter then your wrong! Have you seen a Roe, yet?! ( No offense) Also the former as well. Ppl can make there char look fugly as possible and certain npc in shb are there as well.....Fat miquote not ugly but different.

I'm not, a magical anime game should have cute and beautiful creatures in it, but if it makes you feel better, you can play a roe, they are designed to be ugly. Traditionally in fiction, the good are beautiful and the evil are ugly....this needs to be written in stone!

I think female Roes are really pretty.

This whole thread is kind of pointless even because "the beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
Some people consider certain races to be pretty and some others - ugly. I can see 2 characters of the same race using the exact same face but depending on the facial features, colors and a hairstyle they use I can think one of them is pretty and the other one is ugly.

There are no characters or races that are inheritely ugly or pretty. There are only different opinions.
