Actually finish everything to 80, and then start a story intensive playthrough from level 1 on a new character. Maybe look into roleplaying extensively or socializing more than the rat race for glamour, gear, and mounts. Solo challenge old fights. /shrug

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
Back in the good old days the relic quests would've had you grinding for hours on end. But the FFXIV devs keep shooting themselves on the foot by putting relics at the very end of every patch cycle. So no, there's not much to do in the game unless you go out of your way to try whatever you haven't tried yet like collecting glamours, mounts, minions, sightseeing logs, doing all blue mage stuff, etc. But that's the hardcore crowd.
Most just usub due to there not being anything to do at end game. Relic grind is end game. Farming old primal mounts or looking around for minions is not really current level 80 end game.
You burnt yourself out.
You are the only one which knows what interests you and drew you to the game in the first place - players here can simply offer suggestions on what you can do.
You need to find something that really interests you and can keep you interested. How about arranging some runs with your FC to help out those who are less advanced so they can experience treasure hunts or something similar?
Honestly, it’s all about what you want to do. So, what is it YOU want?
And if that isn’t in this game, you should consider tying some other games. This is not meant to be negative towards you by any means! It’s just, I often see posts about how this game needs X, when really...the players should just play a game that does X really well.
A recent example is where someone had an idea for naval sailing or oceanic shenanigans. It sounds like great fun, but in this game engine...
I’m not sure they can handle moving platforms and probably I’d rather just play sea of thieves, which is built to do just that.
So, sticking to this game is really about making a list of the things you want to do an then doing them. Sightseeing logs, pvp rewards, beast quests, leveling in general. For me a lot of the between time expansions is completing the various storylines. Currently I am exploring Eureka.
Also, I will often log in and just chat with friends/people passing by..so if you are about being social, check into that. Can be a lot of fun to just gossip a bit.
So, what do you want to do? And if FFXIV can’t do that, don’t feel bad about playing a game that can! You will always be welcome in Eorzea.

If you actually have nothing to do in the game then taking a break is the best solution. Play something else in the meantime.
If you'll feel like you want to come back the next patch - great, if not - then you may just have lost interest in the game. Not everyone will enjoy the game in the same way or for the same amount of time. If you're bored of the game there is no need to force yourself to play.
Also if you do continue playing I personally would recommend to slow down. There is nothing wrong with wanting to achieve things but if you just rush through them you will, like someone above said, burn yourself out and have nothing left to do.
I personally have been playing the game since 2.0 release and still don't have everything at 80, haven't done any Savage raids, haven't done any relics other than a few from ARR, haven't done most of the beast tribes and haven't even unlocked Omega or Eden. I'm taking things slow and just enjoying my time on the game and I'm still not bored after 7 years and still have so many things to look forward to.
Of course this is just my personal opinion and experience and not everyone enjoys the slow and casual playstyle.
Other than that you could try to help out your friends or find some new ones on the game. With friends you can have fun on the game even when you're just chilling.

Take a break. I've been doing the same, lately - by lessening my playtime. I wish the game had more meaty content patches along the lines of what MMO's such as WoW and ESO offer these days but it is what it is and most of what FFXIV puts out lately is consumed in bite sized chunks and staggered in terms of release.
Take a break, you sound burnt out and at that point there's really nothing that can be done but to take a rest.
Look through your Achievement list. You don't have to do everything, but just looking through it and seeing what kind of content the game has achievements for should give you a starting point for finding content to do. There is literally enough content in this game to keep you busy for the rest of your life, it's just a matter of whether you want to do it or not, either because you find the content enjoyable or because you want the rewards. Just ask yourself, "What kind of content do I enjoy?" and "What kind of rewards do I consider worth working for?"
