You people are really difficult to please aren’t you?
Cry out like babies when they are not open
Still so negative when they are going to open

Whats with the simping attitude? fail to see the bigger picture and just disregard all critical thought as "complaining" without even recognizing the issues that will remain consistent if they add 2 wards or 10. These forums are mostly for critisim not for bootlicking toothless soultions
That may be true, voice your concerns but temper your expectations. The community has been voicing their concerns for years regarding housing, and nothing has really changed in terms of the core issue.Whats with the simping attitude? fail to see the bigger picture and just disregard all critical thought as "complaining" without even recognizing the issues that will remain consistent if they add 2 wards or 10. Imo this is more of a matter of complaining for the sake of complaining, rather then criticism. Sure it may be valid but being vocal without action at this point is also a toothless solution.
What action do you suggest we take? It's not like we can go to SE HQ and stand outside the door with signs protesting. Aside from unsubbing there is literally nothing we can do but post our thoughts on websites.
As for my personal reasons why I don't unsub despite clearly feeling strongly about some aspects of the housing system, my grievances with the housing system don't automatically make the rest of the game terrible for me. I don't even hate the housing system as a whole. My issues lie with availability and acquisition. I think the content itself (furnishing, workshop, etc) is really good. It's actually because of how good I think it is that I feel it's a shame that a huge amount of players are locked out of experiencing it to its fullest.
And yes I agree that while the news of the new wards is great, it doesn't change the problems with the housing system. We would need a crazy amount of wards added for it to be considered a real fix. The repeated issues we see discussed here won't be going away.
That is the problem, what reason does SE have to invest the time and manpower into figuring out the supply issue. People are just voicing concerns but from a business side if their numbers do not reflect the urgency or importance thr community has for the issue why bother? As they have shown bandaid fixes are good enough to curb the demand issues for a time. What action do you suggest we take? That is the main crux of the issue if it is not a large enough issue to leave over why fix it? Also who knows what would be impacted if they funneled resources into a permanent solution for the housing system. I do wish FFXIV got a larger piece of the pie, from if your cash cow is still bringing in large profits with minimal investment why funnel more money into the project?
As consumers it makes sense, and I juggle this issue daily since I am a project manager. Some features I would love ti add to make pur consumers happy, but if I am not able to justify the cost with larger projections 9 times out of 10 I am told to pass off. Granted I work for a small company, so I cannot imagine how much issue Yoshi P has to go through even if he is on the board.

So in short despite suggesting we should take action instead of just being vocal you have nothing to offer as a suggestion for what action we should take other than what we are doing now. That is the problem, what reason does SE have to invest the time and manpower into figuring out the supply issue. Cause the only action is one that most people will not take. Unsub in mass droves to show SE that housing is an important issue and needs to be addressed. I did not bring it up because as you said it is not s large enough issue to unsub. So looking at it from SE why bother to fix it, if it is not causing any noticeable bscklash?
If I was in their shoes I would also ignore it.

I think healthy constructive criticism is fine but going on insult spree isn't gonna help your case, rather make you look pretty stupid.Whats with the simping attitude? fail to see the bigger picture and just disregard all critical thought as "complaining" without even recognizing the issues that will remain consistent if they add 2 wards or 10. I also don't think it helps by crying bots are claiming all plots when that is false. I don't neglect we have a bot problem in the housing scene but there is plenty of houses that being bought "legit" in-game or relocation. Obviously I can only compared to my server and data center.
