You already have 2 androgynous options, one tall one short:

Male Miqo'te
Male Elezen

Anything skinnier than that is a teenager. I think Yoshida agrees with me.

Hrothgar are already the 'niche' option.
Hrothgar have not proven to be nearly as popular an addition as female Viera,

Like you said, they are a Niche. They dont exactly NEED to be popular, they just fill a gap that wasn't offered in the game till now: a playable Beast Race. Even if the overall playerbase or a LARGE number of players don't play them, just a decent number of people who even at least wanted to play as a Non-Humanoid race get what they want, and future players who want such an option now have one.
Id say they are a success all the same. Lots of rough edges that need to be ironed and smoothed out, but a good amount of people play them, so its not a failure by any means.

Ok so, I think Ive seen you use this Phrase alot, and help me out....What exactly does this mean?
What are we aiming to get out of Male Viera by by making them ""Classically Handsome""? What will they get compared to a Hyur besides Bunny Ears? And maybe being taller, or as some want, shorter.

He means a race with facial features (proportions) typically considered attractive on males. It's not rocket science. Google is your friend if you're still struggling.

And I did go to google, which is why Im asking YOU specifically, because all Im really getting is People with combed back hair and mustaches. And a mention of Greek and Roman Statues. So... is that it, you want Viera that have combed back hair and mustaches and to look like old statues?

If people like them, and play them, regardless of HOW popular they are, they have a fanbase & a Playerbase, therefor, Success.

And honestly, we didn't expect anything out of the Hrothgar, they weren't in conversation as we anticipated their possible arrival like we are with Male Viera, so...I dont get what your aiming for here by throwing back my question at me.

I don't think anybody expects that, though given that you're listed as the seventh most active poster and have a grand total of three hundred and thirteen posts throughout the thread itself...it strikes me as a bit strange to imply that you're unaware of key discussion points that have been brought up numerous times already. For me it's easy though, for ME it's just someone like Dwayne Johnson or any superhero you from the marvel or dc side (but tall, I know they will try to find the shortest superhero and argue haha).
