I'd hate to see the ability for the general group to kick out posters or threads on a vote basis, like reddit does with hiding comments via ranking / straight out hiding. I'd prefer to be annoyed and have to consume diverse content than to be pleased all the time in my preferred space, but I'm saying that with the purpose that I think the forums are for feedback of a diverse base. I could see moments where a feature someone liked would just be pummeled out of existence, even if technically SE is interested in trying it (like I imagine some days if you talked about Eureka or Housing you could be on the wrong side of the fence).

Just that for a place made for feedback, that's not inside the game, I'd prefer a set of rules that give a bit of rope to hang yourself with (metaphorically, obviously lol).
