Give me back my catching on others rather than passing through them as if they aren't there, drawing weapons at a believable speed, world entities that behave according to their nature rather than one of two universal ways, monsters that I don't have to be inside to be in striking range of, and bring things back to where Forra's pants don't fly off the second he puts his hand on a scythe, and then we'll talk about realism.
And did you miss the bit where I suggested limiting it to realistic levels? I don't think there's an inn on the planet would really go, "NO, YOU CAN'T HAVE THAT PHOTO OF YOUR FAMILY ON THE BEDSIDE TABLE!" and allowing little adjustments such as that would be a nice way to tell lower level players, "No, you're not being deliberately shafted because you're not in an uber-rich endgame guild. There's just a lot more to look forward to."
