I hope in 2.0 they do something like FFXI did with this stuff. No more +1 on gear, give HQ a new name all together, change the picture a little bit. Makes things easy for me.

It could still use an item name search, but other than that the item search is finally about where it needs to be. At that point maybe they can phase out the physical wards themselves and use the resources keeping all of those npcs standing in place for something useful, like concurrent dungeon instances. If they're still attached to retainers, maybe in 2.0 they can have the retainer selling the particular piece of gear visibly pop up in the menu like some JRPG shops so you can see who you're buying from, at least.
I was clearing up what Coglin misread.mmm id say we still need to do something better about the retainer limit per ward. also, we still need current and it searched gear comparisons to be shown on mouse over.
plus, the system doesnt take you back to search for more items after youve bought something, it resets you making you have to walk around again to start over.
id say the MW fixes are about 90% complete
Nice lettered patch with a good improvement. The next thing I'd like to see is NQ and HQ items separated in the listings completely.

If they would have put a free mount in 1.20c, then there would be 5 threads complaining about it though.
Give it a rest already. The use of the Goobbue has declined from what I've seen. All of the white knights defending it's implementation will be proved wrong in the long run (it's tacky and wasteful), except for a spike in usage around 2.0's release. Then jerkoffs will use it for a while to flaunt something the new kids can't obtain.

I just tried this out and I'm very impressed. It makes searching for items much less obtuse, along with making selling a little easier as well. Great job, SE!

What exactly will they be proved wrong about? With the amount of goobbue pictures and how many people I saw riding it on my server, I'd say it was well worth the very small amount of time that was put into developing it.Give it a rest already.
