    You would need to be more detailed because I only recall of seeing the following:

    World PvP
    PvP Zone

    Complain of Ninja is too OP
    Complaint of Range is too weak
    Complaint of past Feast rewards
    Various of ranting treads

    The one accepted by SE usually is making situation worst:

    All Freelancer
    Higher Tier will not pair with Lower Tier Feast (usually extend quene time by extra 15 to 25 mins)
    Battle High system

    You need to be more specific when people ask you about what you are expecting instead of using phase such as "There are tons of..."
    That alone, makes you sound like Mr. Orange

    Tiers already extend matchmaking one above and one under outside of unranked-silver :P I doubt anyone wants back the times where you get a completely new player into your team while you are in 2000+ rating. You cant even chat and explain the new player what to do cause of restricted chat o.o Team ranked can match platinum teams all the way down to unranked teams and that shows in participation. Every new team gets ran over in 1 minute and most new teams disbanded after facing a experienced team couple of times.

    Yes, you are correct, but this is also becomes Feast's obstacle
    The experience between top tier and lower tier is quite different.
    The queue time is one of the major factor in why Feast is unable to grow its player base.
    WoW is able to do that because of their much larger PvP player base.
    I don't have a solution but i am listing it under the drawback.

    One thing that was a big positive effect on pvp was the garo event which brang a lot of people into FL and also feast for quite a while, if you think about it the loss of 8v8 and map rotations in roulette hurt pvp too for those who liked to play some casual matches with friends and such. They should consider bringing 8v8 back and opening the roulette, also possible future events for pvp.

    I remember yoshi p saying somewhere in an interview that they would of liked to merge dcs together for the pvp side of things and He mentioned that it was possible, I feel this would help feasts queues and make the competition better as a result. Maybe youcould have an option to go to a dc wide pvp hub and continue from there.

    That's a good point. A few expansions down the line we'll probably have cross-DC play which will be amazing for queues. I imagine they'll switch some of the game's ranking systems to be region-wide which will give a little more pedigree to it.

    Cross-play DC will be absolutely awful with the tick rate we currently have. "Cross-play" would mean all of us connecting to the same server and let's give them the benefit of the doubt, let's say they put a server in US EAST. People from US West and European are gonna have 120-150 ping to it. That's arguably unplayable in PVP.

    I uses to pvp quite a lot during ARR and I did really enjoy it. It was a while ago and I really just played for fun and wasn't concerned about competition. Found matches quite fast as seems like much more were doing pvp back then.

    Haven't done any pvp since ARR and I kind of miss it. I can't get in a match right now and queue takes way too long of what it's worth imo, pvp is something I like to to quickly and asap for fun when I want to, not wait ages until I get a match.

    What happened exactly that made pvp so dead? Was it popular in ARR just because it was new? Or did it have some different charm back then? I remember abilities not being too much different than the PVE ones as well.

    I played pvp pre SB with no incentive other than it was fun. I did ranked feast knowing I wasnt going to play the games required to top 100. I FL'd back when youd get no exp. WD arena ect... arr/hw pvp was just fun for me

    You have touched every single fundamental thing that is wrong about pvp in this game and i agree with it.

    2.5 sec cooldowns for GCD is a joke, 1 second CC is a bigger joke, the tickrate is a horrible mistake, healers having so many healing abilities and so little dps abilities is another one, they are literal tanks, and literal tank jobs in pvp are weaker version of melee dps.
    It plays horrible, the rubber banding is the worst in the gaming industry, even korean f2p instanced low budget games has it better.

    Its a complete mess that needs to be removed and made again. There is no balance in it, there is no pleasure playing it, a single player skill ceiling doesnt even exist, there is little to no skill involved in pvp.

    The terrible tickrate,engine,servers whatever you want to call it holds pve back immensely as well. They have to design everything to be predictable from start to end on every encounter to the point you can map out an entire fights rotation. If you had to react quickly in pve like quick spike damage things would fall apart too. Things like emergency quick heals like benediction going on cooldown but the person died anyway, aoe heals hitting closest to furthest person instead of being all at once etc... It's just far worse in pvp, like you straight up can't interrupt a spell being cast because by the time you see the enemy casting on your screen in reality it's already went off and you're just seeing delay. I wish they would fix this problem but we all know they never will.

    They also have no east coast servers that makes the issue even worse.
