Not really you style your outfit around your hair style in real life as well if you got long hair why would you wear something bulky around the shoulder area that's just not what you do.

Think about it when you had/have long hair in real life would you really wear something that would have a tangle effect to it lol I mean clipping basically simulates what happens.

They probably haven’t added these because they want it to be special for these characters, maybe for lore reasons. Like, Zenos is literally a main antagonist. It would be stupid if they allowed players to use his hairstyle. Sometimes, the story should come first. Players don’t have to have everything.

More options from other FF games would be a good idea though. I’ve wanted Yuna’s hairstyle for a while now. Lumina’s would be so cool too.

Yet they have no probem releasing NPC outfits that are 100% unique to them on the mog station. Look at Ystholas. They even already put down the one she is currently wearing. If they dont care about that then hairstyles should be no problem. Because even in real world its easy to copy someones hairstyle and ingame there is no good reason why we cant do that. There is more to an NPC than their hair so they would still be unique enough.

Um If your having clipping issues thats your own fault use a diffrent glam there are so many glams you can use to have no clipping at all with any hair just avoid shoulder parts on the glamor and your fine

What a nonsensical statement.
1) I shouldn't have to forego anything with a collar because of engine limitations
2) That still doesn't solve the problem of the hair looking completely ridiculous, as soon as your character looks down.

I just want them to fix the Viera/Hrothgar hair options, there are mods that give the Viera older hairstyles including the ones you can buy in the game, meanwhile Hrothgar can't change their hairstyles without putting down the cash for a fantasia, kind of ridiculous.

That said I'd DIE for some hair with a side-shave.

Out of curiosity...I haven’t come across any modded screenshots of different Hrothgar hairstyles. Have modders figured that problem out client side or is it too much of a mess for them to bother with?

I don't necessarily disagree (and I'm tired of the constant hair complaints tbh) but it's hardly fair to describe this as stupid. Unless there are hair police going around Hydaelyn stopping the hot polloi from copying hairstyles of the rich and famous, there is not really any sensible, believable reason why someone can't have - for example - Minfilia's hairstyle. They'd just need to grow their hair and buy some ribbons

To be honest I think most Hroths are more concerned about [not] wearing hats than having limited hairstyles, so maybe it's not even on demand /shrug

Pretty much. There are a few hats I wish my Hroth could wear, but can't. Hair/manestyles are the least of my concerns.
