Yes i do wanna have a stack of all those stupid but still usefull aether sands, materia, special mats from airship/maps/dungeons/bosses and keep the wood/metal/yarn i dont get at my houses merchant. I already only keep either HQ or NQ stacks and while i do have 1,5 retainers filled with glamour and 0,5 with those stupid gear coffers as i didnt need em and one for weapons, the rest only keeps mats. And no its not my definition of playing or having fun to every time go out and search for that one mob, gather that few pieces of wood or whatever. And no i dont wanna but a nugget for 2-3k just because im short on space...

You say what i use regulary, but what i use regulary i carry with me. Its about the other stuff that i want to have on stock and not having to get every time a new.
The only thing you have managed to describe is your poor usage of inventory, retainer, saddlebag, armoire and glamour dresser. Easier to complain I guess.

You clearly know nothing about crafting currently or the mats required to make things. Any crafter in here can tell you hey could probably fill an entire retainer of Lignum Vitae, or Dwarven Mythril and it still wouldnt be enough on hand.

For instance, to do 50 collectables (for white scrips) you are looking at THOUSANDS of base mats to do so for crafting. And before that happens you need to Gather THOUSANDS of mats.

Having more better storage options for crafting should be a non issue, especially for someone who doesnt even use the jobs.
How shortsighted. Using the latest account I've logged on the lodestone has nothing to do with my experience regarding inventory/retainer management. Players, such as myself, who truly deal with inventory and retainer limitations use multiple service accounts to circumvent the problem. Beggars can't be choosers. For the record, the THOUSANDS of items you speak of don't stack at 99 as they use to. Thanks for proving my point.

If a player decides to hold on to small quantities of irrelevant items, otherwise they wouldn't have inventory/retainer management issues, that's their choice. SE isn't a non-for-profit company the last time I checked. I don't see why they should incite players to be even more lazy with the already generous inventory system.

Crafting a couple hundreds of modified submarine parts while not dealing with inventory issues, because I don't hang on to items like 3 HQ ash logs. You?
