When you say east you mean where they don't have enough houses for all the players? Last I saw they still did not have enough houses for all the players on Japanese servers. You don't think that player base exploits and abuses just like NA you haven't played very many games, or met very many people on this planet.

Why can't you just be happy for the people affected by the situation? SE saw fit to suspending the timer and for a good reason. It's a small gesture of kindness on their part. So instead of still arguing against it with some strange arguments like the japanese DCs being so much better than the western ones(which in all honesty, they aren't. They do things differently yes, but they also have other problems like shaming sites for people who are playing badly etc) just accept SEs decision.

It's your good right to be angry about whatever you see fit to be angry about. But it's not okay to put words into peoples mouths that they never said. You spoke to me personally when you said "people like me" would bring negativity, accusing me of saying things I never said about SE or the situation at hand. You can be angry,yes, but you can still decide how to go about it. I'm sorry darling, but this is where you are getting fact checked.

1: There are players or FCs owning 20+ plots in the same ward regardless of the location of the data center. Yes, even your oh so flawless Japanese DC... Tonberry comes to mind.

2: There are 32 servers for 280,222 active players* on the JP DCs compared to 24 servers for 321,639 active players*. That's 0.58 available plots per player compared to 0.38.

3: The percentage of Free Company housing compared to personal housing on the JP (33%**) DCs is much more higher than on NA (27%**) or EU (24%**) DCs. But here you are, showing no discrimination regarding who's actually the cause of the situation, which brings me to...

4: Patch 2.38 and patch 2.30 to a lesser extent are to blame for this situation. Square Enix made housing way too affordable, allowed players to compete with FCs and never revised the requirements for eligibility. Personal housing is the sole reason as to why there is a shortage of plots on certain servers.

It hurts their credibility a bit, but good luck trying to debate this with them. I've tried and failed on more than one occasion, and not just with them. With their other FC member too that everyone knows and loves around here. It's not for a lack of trying, it's just one side simply isn't open to the possibility that they might be just a tad wrong.
