Support desk -> Contact us -> Report harrasment.I was doing Palace of The Dead, and when I got to fight the boss, in the middle of battle i suddenly got black screen and then in log there was written "You have been dismissed from both the party and the duty.". I didn't get anything from instance.
What does that mean?

Unfortunately, reporting them will likely not do anything as they can simply say a difference in play styles is why they kicked you. A report won't likely do much. ☹
I don't think that really applies if nothing was ever discussed. "Difference in playstyle" isn't even an option when you go to vote kick. It's harassment, cheating, afk, and offline, if I remember correctly. Silently kicking someone without warning them or asking them to change their behavior is not a valid reason to kick someone, and they should still report those players.

People are free to report anyone for whatever, but in the end a GM should not take action against those that did remove the person, since without evidence how can a GM confirm or deny abuse happened? They cannot, so no action taken is the only fair thing to do.

I mean you say that but people are getting suspended for casting holy 4-6 times in limsa these days, if a certain thread on these very forums is to be believed.Silent kicks have been the bread and butter for difference in playstyle.

2.0 Veteran from 2013. Just looking to be helpful. DRK is Love, DRK is life.
(Ignore the levels on my character card, the tool i used to make it hasn't been updated for 4.0)
First of all that report we do not have all the details, and even if that was the case a GM could view that as spamming and could quote the action within the email being as it happened in game. With a silent kick what action can a GM honestly show as the problem within the email regarding what was the reason for action being taken?

Players are allowed to kick you out if they feel that you're disrupting they gameplay even if there's no category for it."Difference in playstyle" isn't even an option when you go to vote kick. If gamemaster's response can't prove it, I don't know what else can.

You never know what those people could have been discussing in a private channel like fc or ls chat before they voted to kick OP.
Whether that would be checked by a GM is another thing altogether though.
Garuda is on a Japanese datacentre. Are you able to communicate effectively in Japanese? If not, that might explain why you were silently removed.

It's the data centre I'm on, and I've never been kicked from content despite not speaking Japanese. There often isn't any communication is dungeons to begin with - just greetings and farewells, and silence inbetween.
