As for other 2 seaters...I feel a coeurl mount could be boosted to 2 seats and the firebird/9 tails/ whatever the arr pony is

Yeah, that's kinda funny. 4 seaters earnable in game, have to purchase the 2 seaters.
Closest is the Draught chocobos, you can get those by giving a friend your requruit a friend code. If they were already planning to play it doesn't technically cost extra.

I would actually like a chocobo carriage, like the one you arrive in at the very beginning of the game (unless your character is a legacy one, I guess) - 4 seater, with two people outside on the "drivers seat" (what is that actually called for a carriage?) and two people inside. I could see it being difficult to have the two people inside and render the actual inside of the carriage, so having them look out of two windows would be alright with me.
Also: How about a sleigh - with or without animals in front - for christmas?
Or the pumpkin-carriage we got as garden decoration from halloween last year, now turned into a mount - probably the same problem as the other carriage, but I'd be fine with not really seeing my character anymore while on/in the mount.

I think the flying carpet and the whale should have been at least two seaters (correct me if I'm wrong and they actually are...).
Alte Roite would have been funny as a 4-seater aswell - just a bunch of people sitting on this long snake, so I could imagine something similar with a fitting model.

In general I think it would be nice if we'd get one relatively easy to obtain 2-seater mount from the game - nothing fancy, I'm thinking of an analogy to our GC-chocobo: You get the mount after a small grind that opens up during the course of the MSQ. Not total hand-out, but nothing major either (thats how I remember getting my Chocobo, Kelvin - getting the... was it 2k? GC-seals was no small order back then, but it wasnt anything you couldnt achieve in an hour or two either. Maybe a very simple two-seater chocobo - just to be practical, not to show off.

I legit was thinking the same too.. those chocobo carriage would make for a great mount !

I want the Doom Train from the Omera raids as a multiple seater mount - and have everyone either hanging off of it like the Namazu mount or riding on top in some way.

Or, Brute Justice and have it be like the Cactuar thing you get from the gold saucer, where four WoL's are hanging off of it or on top depending who is ridding pillion.

CRUISE CHASER - literally already an 8 person mount in the fight for a few brief moments.
