    No. I think you're forgetting this is a different world they are in. It's why Ramuh, Ifrit and Garuda look different. So hence, Shiva will as well even if they didn't use Ryne.

    Aren't they different in appearance because we're also getting Ryne's interpretation of what the Primals look like based on hearsay (and also Eden)? If we took Ryne and Eden out of the equation, chances are the Primals would just be the ARR versions again.
