When did they say that?
She was never completely undressed (well, I never bothered looking closely during the fight, but certainly not in the cutscenes), and Shiva is probably an adult, so it wasn't simply Ryne. Also, Square: Here's Ryne/Shiva sexualized and getting completely undressed in a raid...
EDIT: Ok, Savage she was temporarily undressed, but still covered by light.

Please. It's like no one's ever seen Sailor Moon. Mahou shoujo transformations aren't sexual unless it's Cutie Honey or intentionally so. And even in Cutie Honey it's less XXX and moreso provocative in a flashy, glamorous way. Wedding Peach, Madoka, Tokyo Mew Mew. It's all there.

People who equate some mild nudity with "sexualization" have some serious personal issues that should be worked out.
Also, it seems to have stopped people from discussing the actual interesting parts of what's presented in that fight - for her ultimate she seems to strike the exact same pose as Hydaelyn in the mural of the Sundering, and her transformation in savage seems to look very similar to Ran'jit from the solo story fight with him. Could be a hint of something to come, but at the very least they're cool callbacks for people to notice.
We got to experience Hydaelyn's Chun Li kicks that smote Zodiark.People who equate some mild nudity with "sexualization" have some serious personal issues that should be worked out.

I thought it was alright... It didn't feel incomplete like the Kefka fight. And yes, I know that the last fight of the respective savage tends to have an extra form attached to it but the dev team often does a good job at making the default/normal mode fight feel... Idk, complete? Kefka stands out to me cause when you do it normal it reaches a point where mechanics just repeat for a taaaaad too long, making you think "hm... it's almost as if something is or was supposed to be here but isn't in this mode."
Didn't get really get much of that feeling out of this one. Boss has an extra form in Savage but I don't think it looks very good... what with a certain dragon's head just kinda... hanging out.
If there was any encounter I was truly disappointed with in this tier, it was the third one. Felt uninspired... you fight a geometrical figure surrounded by a flock of smaller sin eaters on the same platform on which you fought Voidwalker in the last tier. Just... meh all around.

Did you miss the entire last letter? Yoshi spent an entire hour telling people not to use lewd mods because it makes the game look bad. People are just saying its a bit hypocritical to pose Ryne in such a way immediately after that huge hour long statement. Obviously its not the same thing, but its still hypocritical. When did they say that?

Do not conflate nudity used to represent purity/divinity with nudity used to emphasize sexuality.Did you miss the entire last letter? As much as I enjoyed the aesthetic of the fight, I do feel Shiva and Hyda-Ryne should have been their own encounters respectively. Combining the two dampened the emotional impact both could have had on their own, not to mention it robbed Ysayle of her much deserved "return". I am looking forward to how the fight changes with Savage, though it's a shame it's not canon.
