Nowhere in my post did I state you shouldn't complain about things. I've been quite critical of this game over the years, and I've shared my thoughts plenty of times on the forums here. However, there is a way to have a proper discussion about criticisms you may have without coming off like a whiny brat. Another issue is that people far too often jump straight to the strawman (e.g. your response to my comment). Can't really do too much once it gets to that point.
Pre-patch details details are normally released about a week or so in advance. How much (valuable) input do you think SE can really garner and put to use in that time frame? How many times have they completely switched something out before the patch launches because of that feedback? Everyone will have plenty of time to share their thoughts, complaints, praises, etc. once the patch actually hits. Withholding skill-related changes for ~5 days isn't going to suddenly silence the playerbase.
